These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Speak My Soul. By using our website, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products

We offer apparel, accessories (including tote bags), and digital downloadable products (such as printable notebooks, journals, and posters). All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Print-on-Demand Products: Our physical products are made-to-order using third-party fulfillment services. This means your items are created specifically for you after you place your order.

Digital Products: Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colors.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable Canadian taxes where required. International customers may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other payment methods available at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally to Canada, the United States, and select other countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary based on your location.

Processing Time: Print-on-demand products typically require 2-7 business days for production before shipping.

Delivery: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders (within Canada) typically arrive within 5-10 business days after production. International orders may take 10-21 business days or longer depending on the destination and customs processing.

International Shipping: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Digital Products: Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase via email or your account, regardless of your location.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you or for packages returned due to failed delivery attempts.

6. Returns and Refunds

Physical Products: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Digital Products: All sales of digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Speak My Soul or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Digital Products: When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the product for your own personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the digital products.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with other users' access to the website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speak My Soul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
