Refund & Return Policy

At Speak My Soul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your options.
Made-to-Order Policy: All of our physical products are made-to-order. This means each item is produced after an order is placed, rather than being kept in stock. Because of this production model, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.
Defective or Damaged Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
To request a replacement or refund for a defective/damaged item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos showing the defect or damage
- Describe the issue in detail
We will review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
What We Consider Defective or Damaged:
- Printing errors (misprints, smudges, incorrect design)
- Manufacturing defects (poor stitching, holes, tears)
- Items damaged during shipping
- Wrong product or size sent
What Is NOT Eligible for Return:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size or color selected by customer
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Products that have been worn, washed, or used
Digital Products (Printable Notebooks, Journals, Posters)
No Refunds Policy: All sales of digital downloadable products are final. Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered to your email, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Please ensure you review product descriptions, file formats, and previews carefully before purchasing.
Technical Issues:
If you experience technical difficulties downloading your digital product or receive a corrupted file, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will assist you in resolving the issue or resend the file.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item sent, etc.). Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made-to-order and production begins immediately after purchase, we cannot guarantee order cancellations. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel and issue a full refund. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
International Orders
For international customers, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse delivery or your package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, you will not receive a refund for the product or shipping costs.
