At Speak My Soul, we want to ensure you receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about processing times, delivery, and shipping costs.

How Our Shipping Works

We use a print-on-demand fulfillment model with production facilities located in multiple countries including Canada, the United States, and Europe. When you place an order, your product is typically produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address to ensure faster delivery and lower shipping costs.

What this means for you:

  • Canadian customers may receive products shipped from Canada or the US
  • US customers typically receive products shipped from within the US
  • European customers may receive products shipped from European facilities
  • Other international customers will be shipped from the nearest available facility

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada (all provinces and territories)
  • United States
  • Select international destinations

Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing Time

All of our physical products (tote bags, apparel, and accessories) are made-to-order. This means each item is produced after you place your order.

Production Time: 2-7 business days

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2-7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Processing times do not include shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location, the production facility location, and the shipping method selected at checkout. The estimates below are for delivery after production is complete.

Domestic Shipping (within the same country as production)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (if available)

Cross-Border Shipping

  • Canada/US: 7-14 business days
  • International: 10-21 business days, depending on destination

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders may experience delays due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates.

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on where your order is produced and where it's being shipped, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

Important information:

  • If your order crosses international borders (e.g., produced in the US and shipped to Canada, or vice versa), customs fees may apply
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees are NOT included in our product or shipping prices
  • You are responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes upon delivery
  • We cannot predict or control these charges
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned, and no refund will be issued

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing an order.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for delivery if you have concerns about package theft.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Holidays and peak shipping seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Digital Products

Digital downloadable products (printable notebooks, journals, posters) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. You will receive an email with download instructions immediately after your purchase is complete.
